normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-layout-grid-align:none; layout-grid-mode:char;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >2.2.3質(zhì)量要求：進氣濾芯必須符合歐洲EN779-2002 F9級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（9F、9E、6F型燃機），每批次濾芯到達安裝現(xiàn)場后由招標(biāo)人隨機抽檢2組送招標(biāo)人指定的第三方檢測機構(gòu)進行檢測，檢測所發(fā)生的全部費用（含檢測費、郵費、運輸費等）由中標(biāo)人負責(zé)。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-layout-grid-align:none; layout-grid-mode:char;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >（1）資質(zhì)條件：具有獨立法人資格的制造商或代理商；如為代理商投標(biāo)，應(yīng)提供產(chǎn)品制造商的授權(quán)書；制造商和其代理商不能同時投標(biāo)。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left; line-height:150%;" >3.3 投標(biāo)人不能作為其它投標(biāo)人的分包人同時參加投標(biāo)。單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一標(biāo)段投標(biāo)或者未劃分標(biāo)段的同一招標(biāo)項目投標(biāo)。同一品牌同一型號的產(chǎn)品，制造商僅能授權(quán)一家代理商參加投標(biāo)。
