normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >高家溪屬于長江一級支流，干流全長約11km（含樞紐區(qū)內(nèi)河道），流域面積約25.4km²，干流由南向北于三峽樞紐區(qū)右岸高家溪泄水箱涵流入長江，主要流經(jīng)秋千坪村、花雞坡村、石板村、高家沖村及新生村等村落。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >結(jié)合高家溪流域的自然環(huán)境、周邊村鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟狀況及后期區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展要求等因素，按照“共抓大保護，不搞大開發(fā)”的長江大保護戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向的要求，以生態(tài)環(huán)保和可持續(xù)發(fā)展為目標，推進區(qū)域的水環(huán)境治理、水生態(tài)修復、水資源保護以及水災害防治等，開展高家溪流域的排水系統(tǒng)提質(zhì)增效、農(nóng)業(yè)面源污染治理、水資源地保護、節(jié)水減排、濱水空間優(yōu)化等水資源綜合治理設計工作。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >主要工作內(nèi)容（包括但不限于）：概念性方案設計、對應的工程投資估算、方案優(yōu)化設計、工程概算編制，并配合設計方案審查（地點不限于宜昌或北京等）。

項目位置：湖北省宜昌市。

項目規(guī)模：工程投資限額3000萬元。

normal style="text-align:left;" >    2）具有工程設計水利行業(yè)甲級資質(zhì)；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >3）具有工程設計水利行業(yè)（水土保持）丙級及以上資質(zhì)；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >4）具有工程設計市政行業(yè)（排水工程）乙級及以上資質(zhì)；

normal style="text-indent:12.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0000;text-align:left;" >（2）業(yè)績要求： 2014年1月1日（以合同簽訂時間為準）以來，具有單項工程投資不少于2000萬元的水環(huán)境或水生態(tài)綜合治理等相關(guān)項目的設計業(yè)績（以合同或施工詳圖等證明材料為準）。

normal style="text-indent:12.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0000;text-align:left;" >（4）信譽要求：投標人未處于中國長江三峽集團 限制投標的專業(yè)范圍及期限內(nèi)；

normal style="text-indent:12.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0000;text-align:left;" >（5）財務要求：2017年、2018年財務無連續(xù)虧損；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;" >投標人不能作為其他投標人的分包人同時參加投標；招標人不接受兩個或兩個以上企業(yè)法人組成的聯(lián)合體的投標；單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同單位，不得參加同一招標項目投標。
