投標產品制造商應取得覆蓋本次投標產品且有效的《中華人民共和國特種設備生產許可證》（壓力管道元件制造）及《特種設備型式試驗證書》（壓力管道元件）并在投標時提供掃描件。
The manufacturer of the bidding product shall obtain a valid "Production License of Special Equipment People's Republic of China" (for the manufacture of pressure pipeline components) and a "Special Equipment Type Test Certificate" (for pressure pipeline components) that cover the bidding products, and the scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding.
投標人必須提供所供防爆電子式儀表的國家授權防爆認證機構頒發的《產品防爆合格證》。國家授權防爆認證機構包括NEPSI、CQST 和PCEC，也包括由國家認證認可監督管理委員會授權的國際權威認證機構，如：IECEx、ATEX等。

2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產品制造商應具有在中國境內至少1個SMPO裝置的金屬硬密封調節球閥的供貨業績，且一個業績須同時滿足至少1臺閥門尺寸不小于10吋Q-trim閥芯結構的V型球閥和至少2臺不小于ANSI 900BL、閥門尺寸不小于6吋的帶有防汽蝕功能的調節球閥的技術要求。如投標人為制造廠商所在集團內負責銷售的公司，需提供該制造廠商的業績。
業績要求中的產品的系列或型號須與本次投標產品的系列或型號相一致。
From January 1st, 2015？to the deadline for submission of the bid (subject to the signing time of the contract), the manufacturer of the products supplied？by the bidder shall have？at least one contract？of supply？performance？of Special Control Ball？Valve？of？SMPO？Plant？in China, and one contract？of supply？performance？shall meet the technical requirement？of？at the same time:？at least one V-shaped ball valve with a valve size of not less than 10？inches？Q-trim？type, and at least 2？sets of？not less than？ANSI 900BL control ball valves with？anti-cavitation function？with valve size not less than 6 inches.
