Qualifications or Performance：1) Domestic enterprises with independent legal representative qualification, which could provide valid business license; and overseas enterprises, which are required to provide relevant supporting documents for registration at the address of main manufacturing plant according to the laws of the country (region). 2） Bidders are required to provide the supply performance of a set of PN500 high pressure pipping and component for LDPE or LDPE/EVA units of 250,000 tons/year or above from 2018 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), and a valid contract scan copy (the contract contains at least the first page, technical part and signature page of the contract). 3) The bidder must be a PN500 high pressure pipping and component manufacturer, and the agent bidding is not accepted.
