The bidder's technology must have the technology transfer performance(subject to the valid technology transfer contract), and provide the copy of the contract (cover and seal page),the name of the user, the construction scale, the name and telephone number of the contact person of the user. If the buyer needs verification, the seller shall cooperate unconditionally.
