Bid by Agent is not accepted.D. 是否接受聯合體投標：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedE.未領購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available二、業績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:（1）2014 年1 月1 日至投標截止日，投標人所投產品應具有至少兩個合同（每個合同不低于7 臺微波法測量原理的油中含水分析儀）的供貨業績（以合同簽署時間為準）。（2）投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件至少包括：1）銷售合同復印件（內容至少包括：合同首頁、簽字蓋章頁、簽署時間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱及數量、微波法測量原理技術要求） 和2）雙方簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單或調試驗收報告或使用方出具的有效證明文件）。（3）未提交業績證明文件，或所提供的業績證明文件無法滿足上述要求的，均視為無效業績。(1) From January 1, 2014 to the bidding deadline, bidders are required to havesupply performance for at least two contracts (each contract shall not be less than7 oil water content analyzers based on microwave measurement principles) for theproducts they bid for (based on the date of contract signing).(2) Bidders are required to submit performance forms in the prescribed formatand relevant performance certification documents.
