normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1須具有 國家建設行政主管部門頒發的建筑裝修裝飾工程專業承包一級資質和國家建設行政主管部門頒發的電子與智能化工程專業承包一級資質；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2信譽要求：不存在投標人須知第1.4.3項規定的限制投標的情形；
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3企業注冊地不在四川省行政區域內的省外企業須提供在有效期內的四川省住房和城鄉建設廳官網已公開的入川信息網頁截圖（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。
normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:21.0pt; line-height:150%'>3.1.4所有投標人應具有針對本標段的《成都市建設領域市場主體信用記錄（評價）網絡登記表》（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）、《成都市建設領域從業人員信用記錄（評價）網絡登記表》（如投標人為聯合體，則聯合體所有成員均應具有）。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.5 擬派項目經理（項目負責人）具有建筑工程專業一級或以上注冊建造師證書，須具備有效的安全生產考核合格B證，/（業績要求），須為本單位人員（若為聯合體投標，須為聯合體牽頭人人員）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2020年01月01日至投標截止時間，不少于3年）已完成的項目共不少于1個類似工程業績。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>類似工程業績是指:單項合同金額不低于4000萬元的公共建筑裝飾（或裝修）工程施工業績（若為聯合體投標的，類似工程業績由牽頭單位提供；若提供業績為施工總承包(或工程總承包)合同中包含的公共建筑裝飾（或裝修）工程施工業績的，施工總承包(或工程總承包)合同中公共建筑裝修（或裝飾）工程金額須不低干4000萬元）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>聯合體投標的，應滿足下列要求：須具有建筑裝修裝飾工程專業承包一級資質的單位作為聯合體牽頭人。聯合體成員（含聯合體牽頭人）家數須不超過3家。
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>聯合體需符合有關聯合體投標的規定和要求，并提交了聯合體協議，明確聯合體牽頭人和各方權利義務。

normal style='line-height:150%'>5．投標文件的遞交
normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.1 投標文件遞交的截止時間（投標截止時間，下同）為2024年01月02日10時30分，招標人或其委托代理機構，以及已在投標截止時間前按規定上傳投標文件的投標人，均應在開標當日投標截止時間前登錄不見面開標系統（網址：www.cdggzy.com），錄入相關人員姓名、電話等基本信息。投標人未按時登錄不見面開標系統，錯過開標解密時間的，由投標人自行承擔不利后果。
