項目已具備招標條件，現對該項目的設計進行公開招標。
1.2本招標項目由 自貢市自流井區發展和改革局 （核準機關名稱）核準（招標事項核準文號為 自井發改項批〔2024〕72號 ）的招標組織形式為 委托招標 。
招標人選擇的招標代理機構是 四川鹽律建設項目管理 。
2. 項目概況與招標范圍 2.1 建設
2.2 建設規模及內容：完成自流井區轄區內6.29萬平方米早期人防工程項目進行安全隱患治理、填埋拆除和加固改造。
2.3 招標范圍：本項目用地紅線范圍內方案設計、初步設計、概算編制及配合設計概算批復等相關工作。
2.4 設計服務期限: 合同簽訂后60個日歷天。
2.5 項目總投資: 12186.88萬元。
