portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.2、互動信息監測及回復，每日核查互動信箱、依申請、省長直通交流平臺等各類信件，并轉辦相關處室處理，跟進處理進度，并把處室回復情況通過系統進行回復，確保回復時間不超期；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.3、門戶網站信息發布，收集相關新聞信息內容及政務公開各版塊內容并制作網站發布預覽內容，待審核完成后發布在門戶網站；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.4、省政府、市政府聯動，每日關注省、市辦公廳要求，做好常聯動工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.5、電子政務外網內容保障工作，每日做好電子政務外網信息推送工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.6、不定時的組織問題多、不會操作的責任處室開展現場指導及培訓工作，確保各處室人員知悉政府網站考核及運營工作；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.7、按月，安排專人對網站各欄目進行監測，對不符合網站普查指標要求的問題進行整改。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.8、每月對網站的運營情況進行總結分析，提出下階段工作建議，并整理成書面的運營分析報告送交清鎮市人民政府辦公室信息科。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.9、每月對后臺管理系統的所有注冊賬號進行維護管理，主要是發現工號異常、定期提醒密碼修改、確保平臺賬號安全。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.10、按月整理網站運營工作報告（包括網站信息收集、發布、訪問量、信件處理等）報清鎮市人民政府辦公室信息科。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.11、按季度抽查數據開放平臺及網上辦事服務內容維護情況，形成專項報告，并協助催促政務服務中心做好內容保障；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.13、每季度根據局工作情況開展征集調查工作，確保全年至少開展6次，符合網站考核指標要求；

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">2.17、提供1名技術過硬人員到清鎮市人民政府信息科駐場負責日常網站運維工作，并安排1名遠程運營人員做好支撐工作。

portant;\">portant; font-family: 宋體; font-size: 16px;\">網站常態化監測服務，采用智能監測加人工復核手段對網站進行全面監測，監測網站欄目更新情況、網站是否符合最新指標標準、是否有錯敏字、暗鏈情況，每月形成監測報告。該項工作在省政府和市政府前開展，提前對問題進行處理。（詳細工作標準見附件：全國政府網站普查評分標準）
