normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>本招標項目天廈同心景苑安置房項目施工總承包招標(項目名稱)已由 畢節(jié)市七星關(guān)區(qū)發(fā)展和改革局 以 七星發(fā)改審批【2020】122號文件 批準建設(shè)，招標人(項目業(yè)主)為畢節(jié)市天廈房地產(chǎn)開發(fā) ，建設(shè)資金來源自籌。項目已具備招標條件，現(xiàn)對該項目的\n施工總承包 進行公開招標。

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>2.4招標范圍：招標人提供的施工圖及工程量清單所示全部內(nèi)容(含土建及安裝工程、景觀綠化工程、場平土石方工程、邊坡支護工程、室內(nèi)外所有附屬設(shè)施及配套工程等，電梯、強電、三網(wǎng)合一、燃氣除外。 )

normal style='text-indent:21.85pt;line-height:15.0pt'>3.1本次招標要求投標人須具備建設(shè)行政主管部門核發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包貳級及以上資質(zhì)，并在人員、設(shè)備、資金等方面具有相應(yīng)的施工能力，其中，投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理須具備建筑工程專業(yè)壹級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
