萬元（人民幣） 采購需求： 虛擬現實實驗室設備采購（含虛擬現實VR大屏交互顯示系統等） 包含：沉浸式虛擬現實VR大屏交互顯示系統、沉浸式虛擬現實VR小組協同交互顯示平臺、VR眼動分析系統和動作捕捉系統 合同履行期限：合同簽訂后2個月內。 本項目( 接受 )聯合體投標。 二、申請人的資格要求： 1.滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定； 2.落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求： 按商務部的《機電產品國際招標投標實施辦法（試行）》等相關規定 3.本項目的特定資格要求：1)投標人在中華人民共和國境內外注冊且具有獨立的法人資格，能提供上述產品及相應服務的代理商或生產廠家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必須提供所投產品的生產商針對本次招標項目出具的獨家授權書；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招標文件中所需設備的供貨和售后服務的能力；3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;4）參加本次招標活動前3年內，投標人在經營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標，無行賄犯罪記錄；4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record; 三、 （北京時間，法定節假日除外）
