normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >集團公司信息中心在宜昌區域的數據中心機房位于西壩辦公樓26樓，始建于1998年，主要用于滿足集團公司宜昌區域IT基礎設施的部署；因其完建后未對物理基礎環境進行大的升級改造，存在空調系統運行較不穩定、供電系統負載飽和、物理空間不足等問題，已不能滿足集團公司宜昌區域信息化服務能力提升的需求。信息中心于2019年啟動宜昌區域數據中心搬遷至三峽大數據基地相關工作，一期項目主要內容為采購相關基礎設施，沿用已有技術架構進行部署，完成已有應用的遷移。

    三峽大數據基地已具備部署本項目所采購及搬遷設備的物理條件。

（2）遷移實施

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.1 本次招標要求投標人須具備以下資質條件、人員要求和業績要求，并具有實施本項目相應的能力：

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（1）資質條件：具有獨立法人資格，注冊資金人民幣1000萬元及以上；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（2）人員要求：項目經理須提供2019年5月以來至少三個月投標人為其繳納的社保證明，須具備負責數據中心遷移的項目經歷；現場實施工程師須具備所投標網絡交換機和存儲設備原廠認證證書、Oracle OCP及Vmware VCAP認證證書（以上證書可由不同的現場實施工程師分別持有）；

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >（3）業績要求：投標人近3年（2016年1月1日以來）具備數據中心IT基礎設施系統集成的項目業績，且單個合同金額不小于500萬元（須提供合同證明文件）。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.3 投標人不能作為其他投標人的分包人同時參加投標；單位負責人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關系的不同單位，不得參加同一標段投標或者未劃分標段的同一招標項目投標。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:150%;" >3.4本次招標接受代理商（或集成商）的投標。如代理商所投產品（服務器、存儲設備、網絡交換機）涉及多個原廠商，須獲得每個原廠商針對本項目的授權和服務承諾函；如代理商所投產品（服務器、存儲設備、網絡交換機）為同一原廠商，須獲得該原廠商針對本項目的唯一授權和服務承諾函。
