normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.3投標(biāo)人完成電子投標(biāo)上傳后， 即時(shí)向投標(biāo)人發(fā)出遞交回執(zhí)通知。遞交時(shí)間以遞交回執(zhí)通知載明的傳輸時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)。
